You cannot upload my work to galleries meant only for your own creations.

You cannot claim my work as your own.

Please don't share the file with others without discussing it with me first.

You're not allowed to change, modify, or edit my work, or remove my signature without my permission.

I retain copyright over my work, including the right to use it for sales or self-promotion, unless we agree otherwise.

I can share progress and the final artwork on my social media and portfolio, unless we've agreed otherwise beforehand.

I will always credit you and the artist for character designs.

I can refuse any project and ban anyone who violates my TOS.

I only accept payments in EUR (€).

All payments are upfront, made through VGen or PayPal, before I start the commission.

I'll send the payment request to avoid accidental transactions, so don't send any payment until I've confirmed I can accept your commission and given you a price.

I'm not responsible for mistakes you make during the transaction.

If I cancel a commission, I'll refund 100% of what you paid.

If you cancel before I start the sketch, I'll refund 100%, but after I start the sketch, you'll receive a partial refund.

No refunds will be given once I start the lining/coloring or after the final artwork is delivered.

All sales are for "Digital Goods" only, nothing will be physically shipped.

I can charge more depending on the complexity of your request. Any extra fees will be clearly marked and stated before the transaction, and you can change your request before it's finalized. See the "Extra Fees" section at the end of the page for more details.

You are not authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

You must contact me if you need to cancel a commission.

If your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund without your knowledge, contact me immediately to resolve it.

Purposefully issuing a charge back without contacting me about a cancellation/refund will result in a blacklist.

You can use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes, including avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, personal website/profile displays, and personal printing (for yourself only).

Commercial use includes selling merchandise featuring the artwork, reproducing and selling the artwork (publicly or privately), and earning profit from a platform where the artwork is posted

Streaming- +50€

Merchandise- 100% of the total quote.

If you have a deadline, please tell me. Otherwise, I'll work at my own pace.

You can request a deadline for your commission before paying. However, tight deadlines or rush orders will have a 40% additional fee.

If you don't tell me about a deadline, don't send reminders. Reminders may be ignored if other projects have higher priority.

A privacy request means I won't share WIPs on social media or stream the commission process. You also agree not to share any spoilers.

If you want your commission to be kept private, it must be stated during the ordering process.

I will charge a fee of 50€ for privacy requests.

Commissions are handled in the order they're received, unless I have a rushing order request.

Completion time varies and can take from 2 weeks to a month and half. Please only commission me if you're comfortable with a potentially longer wait.

No harassment about work speed will be tolerated. Rushing me may lead to cancellation and blacklisting.

You have the right to be informed of any delays.

Before commissioning, please provide references or a visual image with specific notes/guides.

Brief character description (species, personality, backstory);

Palette, clothes, fabric, texture;

Aesthetic/Inspiration mood boards.

Mention small details like accessories or jewelry beforehand.

If the character has multiple outfits/appearances, specify which version you want.

Send all references via Google Drive link or VGen.

Revisions are only possible during the sketch and coloring stages.

I'll send a WIP (work in progress) during the sketch phase. You can make up to two major revisions at this stage.

After the sketch phase, only minor adjustments (within reason) are allowed. Further revisions will be charged extra.

You're responsible for ensuring your order details are correct.

Files will be available from me for a limited time. While I aim to preserve files for at least six months. I can't guarantee against data loss. It's your responsibility to keep your own copies.

I'm not obligated to publicly post your project, and if I do, I'm not required to keep it online indefinitely. I can remove any public project, even a paid one, as you should have your own copy.
